Yap Ling was appointed to be the violin tutor for the Permata Seni Muzik, a special music program for talented children under 12 years of age initiated by our Prime Minister's wife YAB Perdana Menteri Y. A. Bhg Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansur. The objective is to provide a platform for those selected to be trained to the highest level through exposure locally and internationally.
